Microsoft Access 2003 - Level 3

Students learn how to use data from other sources, and get more complete query and reporting capability from their databases.

• Compacting a database
• Calculated fields (forms, reports, queries)
• Switchboard forms
• Controlling access to database components* Adding Tab controls to forms
• Event procedures
• Command buttons
• Basic Macros
• Basic Conditional macros

Hot Tip: If you lock users out of the database components (via a locked switchboard), you can still access the database functions – by holding down a special key as you open the database.
